Tonya Beckman has been a part of the DC theatre community since 2005, and has appeared at Shakespeare Theatre, Kennedy Center, Round House Theatre, Arena Stage, Folger Theatre, Studio Theatre, Ford's Theatre, Olney Theatre Center, Theater J, as well as regionally at Fulton Theatre, Cleveland Play House, Purple Rose Theatre, and Human Race Theatre, among others. She is also a company member at Taffety Punk Theatre Co. Dialect coaching credits include productions at Woolly Mammoth, Theater J, Constellation Theatre, Longacre Lea, and The Theatre Lab. She received her MFA from Ohio University's Professional Actor Training Program and currently teaches acting, dialects, and audition at Theatre Lab.
